a moving autobiografie about a girl, her siblings and her parents, who definitely are brilliant and intelligent persons, but most of the time not capable of taking care of their family. a start in life in poverty, always on the move, living from one day to the next. the children are strong, and three out of four are determined to get a better life and succeed. an insight to living with parents who do not how to act like adults, who have no sence of responsibility, living in another dimension of recognision and thinking.
could not lay the book away, so moving. incredible the strenght of these youngsters who out of nothing have the insight and the spirit of creating a life of themselves, leaving misery behind. still seeing the further degradation of their parents, and the one of the siblings.
